• Complete house clearance: Full clearance of houses, apartments, studios
• Attic clearance: Clearance and cleaning of attics
• Cellar clearance: Removal and cleaning of cellars
• Item buy-back: Purchase and valuation of resellable furniture and valuable items
• Commercial clearance: Clearance of offices, shops and businesses
• Estate clearance: Complete management of clearance after death

4. Site Access

The Site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.

AAB Brocanteur strives to maintain the Site accessible 24/7, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. The Site may be temporarily inaccessible for maintenance, updates or force majeure.

Quote requests made through the contact form do not constitute a contract. They only allow initiating contact and receiving an estimate.

6.2 Response and Commitment

AAB Brocanteur commits to responding within 2 hours (during opening hours: Lundi - Dimanche : 07h00 - 20h00).

Every service is subject to a detailed written quote. Only the quote signed by the customer constitutes a contractual commitment.

6.3 Accuracy of Information

The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when requesting a quote. Inaccurate information may result in a change in the proposed price.

7. Prices and Payment

7.1 Free Quote

All quotes offered by AAB Brocanteur are free and without obligation.

7.2 Prices and VAT

Prices communicated are indicative and may vary according to the nature, volume and complexity of the intervention. All prices are expressed in euros and include Belgian VAT at the applicable rate.

Payment for services is made according to the terms agreed in the quote:

• Cash
• Bank transfer
• Electronic payment (subject to availability)

8. Intellectual Property

Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the Site or its content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from AAB Brocanteur.
